Guest：Everything about the stay at Park Hyatt was excellent — from the elegant rooms and immaculate cleanliness to the attentive and professional service. The overall experience truly lived up to the Park Hyatt standard and exceeded expectations. The only downside was the payment process. I was booking the stay for someone else, but the hotel required me to be physically present to make payment and was unable to charge the card that was used to make the booking via Trip.com. This made things a bit inconvenient. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay and I would still highly recommend Park Hyatt for its quality and service.
Guest：Room was very spacious and the view wow was amazing. Amenities are new and everything you’ll need is there. Breakfast quality was superb ! Kudos to the receptionist Farisha and waitress at Cacao Mixology Aishah for their friendly and attentive services. Will definitely come back again !
Guest：Experience throughout my stay was lovely, except for 1 flaw, they didn't close my door after turning down my bed. Was shocked to see my door opened ,left ajar, upon returning from dinner at Park Lounge. Bummer! Manager, guest experience, Zuhlkaimy upgraded us to a delightful deluxe room as i celebrated my 27th anniversary.
Guest：First experience staying on Level 106 at Park Hyatt. Everything was comfortable and well done, with stunning views. We were upgraded to a Corner King room, though the room layout felt a bit small due to the many angles. Still, the design was modern and refined. Overall very good.
